The National Society of Black Sports Professionals DMV (BSPDMV) is a professional organization that provides development and networking opportunities for black athletes and sports industry professionals. Our purpose is to foster growth and education advancement in the industry by providing career development, seminars, mock interviews, networking events and DEI workshops. We provide an opportunity for emerging and established sports professionals to meet each other in an intimate group setting where they can network, build relationships and share insight on best practices.

Provides college students the opportunity to learn from and network with sports industry professionals
SPORTS BUSINESS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Provides diverse students who are interested in careers within the sports industry the opportunity to cultivate business and management skills in a corporate and non-profit world
SPORTS MENTORING COHORT
Allows students to search and match with mentors, build meaningful relationships, schedule video calls, and take notes all in one place to professionally developing young diverse talent
